TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read and understand the terms before claiming. These are set to ensure a smooth, fair, and secure transaction for both parties. By claiming, you agree to comply with all the conditions stated below.

Be 101% sure before claiming. No cancellations will be allowed once you’ve claimed an item. If you back out, you're expected to pay in full or find a replacement (pasalo) for your slot.

Deleted tweets = Not pushed through.

PAYO (Pay As You Order). Pay immediately once OCs are sent. If a deadline of payment (DOP) is given, settle within that time frame. Late payments will incur a ₱20/day fee.

Pasalo is allowed. If you can’t push through, you may pass your slot to someone else. However, I will only transact with the one who claimed from me. Please inform me via DM and reflect it in the required forms.

Always check the MASTERLIST for updates. Regular updates will be posted there for your reference.

Expect possible defects or marks. Most Korean sellers don’t disclose full conditions. If you’re sensitive to minor flaws or damages, refrain from claiming. I pack securely, but I won’t be liable for any damage or loss during international or local shipping. No refunds will be given.

Refunds are limited. I will only consider a refund if the issue was caused by my packaging, and you must provide clear unboxing footage. No unboxing video = no refund. If a seller turns out to be a scammer:
 ↳ For sets I posted: only 50% refund will be given.
 ↳ For yangdo/assistance claims: No refunds. It's your responsibility to check the seller’s credibility before requesting assistance.

Delays are possible and out of my control. Especially during peak seasons, customs processing, or bad weather. Estimated transit from KR is 4–6 days after departure from Korea, not from the date of securing. Please don’t rush me — I can only ship during weekends or when my schedule allows.

Unclaimed items = Abandoned.
 • If unpaid after 30 days of arrival (without prior notice), the item will be considered abandoned and may be disposed or resold.
 • If paid but unclaimed after 20 days, the same rule applies. A reclaim fee will be charged if you wish to retrieve it.

Once shipped, I will no longer be liable for damages and delays caused by the courier. Hence, no refunds shall be given for damages or loss that occurred during delivery.
 • If you encounter any damages from the parcel, I require you to provide an unboxing video. (starting from opening the box/pouch/packaging itself)

Tracking + Updates. Once your item is ready for shipment, you’ll receive updates through #mnminbox. Secured items will be tagged under #mnmsecured.
